Basement

These photos were taken before the painting and staining were complete, but give a good idea of the nature of the project. This was an unfinished basement that was insulated and sheetrocked. We installed hardwood flooring, oak trim, and built these custom columns around the entry to a childs playroom enclosed with half walls. We also built the fireplace mantle.

This project was to create a family room and home office in a South Minneapolis basement. We framed and insulated the basement as well as adding some sound proofing. These photos aren't the best, but you can just make out the gas fireplace we installed. The customer wanted a lot of shelving for books and an entertainment center, as well as a home office area. We built maple cabinets for the office and entertainment center areas. It's hard to tell from these pictures, but those are solid maple shelves that run over twenty feet along one wall of the basement.
